店内主要以售卖的面粉粿，幼面及板面闻名。
全手工幼面，弹性十足，嚼劲实在，吃一口便可分辨与其他的不同之处在哪。
汤汁经常时间熬煮，鲜甜入味。
加入了Mani菜，保留了最原始的做法。
不可不提的是这里的肉圆，口感异常弹牙，嚼劲十足，没尝过的朋友一定要来试试看。
