9 Spot's 100 Snacks ~ 50 : 飞标粿条汤

飞标粿条汤坐落于金山岭。
选料新鲜,而且老板不会一直翻滚汤头,
而是每次煮面时,他会舀特定分量的汤来煮面。
为的是让汤头保持清澈而不会显得浑浊。

Famous Dart Noodles House is located at Impian Emas.
The boss insists to use freshest ingredients to make the soup sweet and taste well.


小菜
飞标炸菇





特制的粉包裹了鲍鱼菇,
吃起来有一股炸香味,
一口一口接着吃不会停。
粉的用量刚刚好,
所以还是能吃得出鲍鱼菇的原味。
Side Dishes
Famous Dart’s Fried Mushroom
First wrapped the whole mushroom with special secret powder and fried it with specific timing, to remain the mushroom original flavour.

肉松拌兰花






西兰花吃起来不会硬,
仍保留里面的水分。
肉松则增添了风味。
而且菜汁很好吃。
Broccoli with shredded Pork, just another perfect match.


蒜香生菜





爽口多汁,生菜咬起来很嫩,也很香。
蒜粒增加了小菜的香味,
但却也没有过重的蒜头味。
Fried Lettuce with Garlic
It is so crunchy and juicy.


越式肉圆干米粉/越式炸肉干米粉





酸中带辣,辣度适中。
有嚼劲,花生粒增加了层次感。
肉圆很Q,保留了一点水分。
炸香味很吸引人,值得推荐!
炸肉则外脆内软,里面鲜甜多汁。
里面一点点的肥肉增添口感。
这道美食不会油腻,十分健康。
Vietnamese Bee Hoon with Meatball/ Fried Pork
A little bit sourness and spicy.
Meatball is spongy and delicious!

Fried Pork is crunchy outside and juicy inside.
This is a healthy dish as it is not oily.


鲍鱼粿条汤/鲍鱼干捞粿条




汤头清而鲜甜。
猪腰很新鲜,没有一点腥味。
粿条幼滑,而且一咬就断,却不会烂。
材料丰富,包括虾只、猪腰、猪肉片、
鲍鱼、猪油渣还有猪肝。
Kuey Teow with Abalone (Available in soup or dried form)
The soup is sweet, all ingredients are fresh.

There are different type of ingredients,
like prawns, abalone, pork, lard etc.


飞标炸鱼肉汤






汤头奶香四溢,却掩盖不住鱼片的鲜甜。
鱼片仍保留鲜味,金黄色的色泽尤其诱人。
姜丝不但起了去腥的作用,
还增添了汤头的香味。
米粉配一点姜丝也是不错的搭配。

Famous Dart Bee Hoon with Fried Fish
Fish meat is fried until gold colour,
Ginger is used to reduce the fishy-smell,
meanwhile make the soup taste greater.

位于皇后广场五楼的美食阁。
铁板的面条焖到十分入味,
但不会烂而且保留了面条的嚼筋。
Located at Tasek Mall’s 5th floor.
The noodles is stew till it fully absorbed the taste of the sauce, make it noodlelicious!


锅仔老鼠粉



老鼠粉十分入味,口感很Q,
配合香味四溢的卤汁恰到好处。
黑醋把卤汁的味道提到刚刚好、够味,
就算不爱吃醋的人都可以接受。
Lao Shu Fen in Pot is tasty and Q,
You can taste the sauce well enjoy your Lao Shu Fen meal.
The vinegar is provided as sauce-added to increase the flavour


铁板海鲜虾面



真材实料,虾只十分新鲜而且只只肥美,
配合辣椒更是锦上添花。
卤汁喝起来有淡淡的鲜虾味,非常够味。
Teppan Noodles with Seafood
The prawns are so fresh and big.
Eat together with chillies make it tasted more delicious.
The sauce is full with the flavour of prawns.

铁板香菇鸡面



香菇入味,但却也没盖掉香菇的原汁原味。
用料实在,足以填满食客口腹之欲。
鸡肉里头除了有淡淡的卤汁的味道,
也保留了鸡肉的鲜嫩口感。
Teppan Noodles with Mushroom and Chicken
The mushrooms and chicken is cook together with the secret sauce,

anyhow it didn't cover up the original mushroom and chicken taste.
Only one word can describe ... ‘good’.

地址: 110, Jalan Pahlawan 2, Taman Ungku Tun Aminah, 81300 Skudai, Johor.
营业时间:11:30am-9:00pm(星期一休息)
Business hour:11:30am-9:00pm(rested every Monday)



这里售卖的糕点应有尽有,全部都是现做现卖,非常新鲜。
All the kuih here were handmade and sold on the spot to guarantee it freshness !



芒光果是这里的招牌,不会太粘,吃起来不会腻,咬劲刚好,很Q,辣味适中。
“Mang Kuang Kuih” is the signature kuih of the shop, it taste Q !




也是潮州人的老板,做出来的糯米糕自然也有潮州人的味道,皮薄陷多,让人吃了有想起小时候的感觉,老板透露,现在人注重年轻,所以已经用红点取代了放红色素制作糯米糕了。
“Glutinous Rice Kuih” is the traditional Kuih of Teow Chew people; many people love to come here to buy “Glutinous Rice Kuih”.





红龟粿的卖相不仅特别,而且也是少有属于咸味的红龟粿,咸度适中,不会太甜太腻。
The “Ang Ku Kuih” sold in here were unique with it corned flavor, different with other which usually is sweet flavor.



现在大多人不能接受韭菜糕的味道,但这是潮州人的传统糕点,这里所售卖的韭菜糕,皮薄陷多,依然深受许多人的欢迎。
“Jiu Cai Kuih” is tasty with it unique taste and is Teow Chew tradition.



不是许多人都会做的金瓜糕,在这里也可找到哦!
The “Jin Gua Kuih” is hard to find everywhere but you can find it here !



芋头糕与萝卜糕料多实在,不会太油。
“Yam Kuih” and “Carrot Kuih” also can be found here and it's not oily!
糕点搭配这里的辣椒,吃起来更加开胃!
Eating the kuih together with chili sauces bring out the different taste ! Where you must try!

这里售卖的甜点冷热都有,包括了红豆汤,绿豆汤,大麦粥,黑糯米,薏米腐竹,蕃薯汤,cendol,红豆冰等等。
Contain of all kinds of desserts includes hot and cold types, such as “Red Bean Dessert”, “Green Bean Dessert”, “Barley Porridge”, “Black Glutinous Rice”,” Barley Dried Bean”, “Sweet Potato Dessert”, “Cendol”, “Ice Kacang”.



红豆冰选用较大的红豆来煮,加入橙皮,喝起来有淡淡的橙皮香。
"Red Bean Dessert" cooked using type of bigger red bean; add in some orange skin, during the time we drink we can smell the aroma of orange skin as well.

大麦粥很新鲜且又浓又香,也是蛮特别的甜点之一。
“Barley Porridge” is the unique dessert here. It taste good and is one of the dessert that you must try!

薏米腐竹的薏米是慢慢煮到金银剔透的,所以吃起来入口即化。
"Barley Dried Bean" is cooks until the barley become melt and transparent. Is wonderful while you drink it.



Cendol 的用料新鲜,不会太甜,椰漿味刚好。
“Cendol” is fresh and tasty, all the ingredient is mixed well.

"八宝雪"的料多实在,每口都是满满的佐料。
“Ice Kacang” is full with different ingredients in each of your bite!

位于淡杯“新南园咖啡店”的老字号华人沙爹,
已经有37年的历史了!




The Chinese Pork Satay is Located at Tampoi.
It has been opened for 37 years!


沙爹的香味四溢,
咬在嘴里更是口颊留香。
这都归功于老板特制的秘制酱汁。


You can smell the satay even you stand hundred miles away from it!
The secret recipe that apply on the satay is the main "secret weapon" that make it so delicious and smells good.

沙爹保留了原有的肉汁,
吃起来十分嫩,不会老,而且容易咀嚼。


Unlike the satay which we normally ate outside,
this satay is chewy and Q.



老板调制的配酱花生味很重,
但咬在嘴里的花生不会硬,
也不会油腻,吃起来不会有负担。


The peanut sauce is another secret recipe!
The peanut is soft and easy to chew.
Furthermore, it is not oily !
