Additional Information
- Our couriers typically deliver Monday to Friday, please note Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays are not classed as working days. In this instance, kindly expect your delivery on the next working day. Please be aware any of your impending ones when you order!
- Once your order has been dispatched we are unable to change the shipping address.
Tracking
A tracking link will be sent to you once your order reaches the carrier we are using for you to be able to follow it all the way to your doorstep.
If you’re not in when our couriers first try to deliver and they cannot find a safe place to leave your parcel, they will leave a calling card and then attempt to deliver it on the next working days. Follow the instructions on the calling card left by the courier to arrange a redelivery of your order.
If you would like to specify a safe place or a particular neighbor for your parcel to be left with, you can add this instruction as your alternate shipping address when you notify us your payment receipt.
Returns
At riché, we value your shopping with us. We will aim to resolve return issue as quickly as possible. Once you have received your order, you have two (2) days to return the item.
Our Customer Care Team will get you an alternative sorted out as you have discovered your received item is under any circumstances as below:
Faulty
We are committed to providing only the finest quality goods. In order to process your return efficiently, please email to customercare@riche.my within the return validity period – 2 days upon receiving your order.
To do this, please include the below information in the email to our Customer Care for justification:
- A picture of the defect area
- Confirmation Order ID
- Parcel / Consignment Number
Incorrect
In the event of receiving an incorrect item from us, please email to our customercare@riche.my within the return validity period, which is 2 days upon receiving your order.
To do this, please include the below information in the email to our Customer Care for justification:
- Confirmation Order ID
- Parcel / Consignment Number
Additional Information
- All returns are inspected upon receipt. We reserve the final right and decision to inspect and judge on all returned items. We will email you the Return Approved Confirmation along with return instructions and a return address.
- Once we identify and validate the defect you have described, we will authorize STORE CREDIT in full value; i.e. Your rMEMBER account will be auto-credited 105 Store Credit when you return a dress purchased at RM100.00 and shipping cost of return package is RM5.00.
- You may require to ship back the return item to us. Please wrap the package securely and our Customer Care will notify you once we receive your return. All return items must be in their original packaging, which indicate UNWORN, UNWASHED, UNALTERED and ALL ORIGINAL TAGS ATTACHED.
- Items with fragrances, snags, rips, make-up stains, odors (i.e. cigarette smoke) or other damages will result in the item being returned to you.
- The return items are your responsibility until they reach our office as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service which signatory required upon receiving your return package.
- We do make every effort to ensure they are as accurate as possible. There might be size variance of 0.5 to 1 inch difference in measurement given. However, we do not consider this as a defect
