Buying Guide

Ordering from riché.my couldn't be easier, just follow these simple steps:

1. Browse using the clothing options on top right hand side. To take a closer look at a product, just click on the product image for more information.


2. When you are ready to purchase, simply click on ORDER FORM. Do remember to unblock the pop-up windows to welcome this order form. Then, fill in your personal particulars.


3. Fill the Order Details with Product Code and Quantity; i.e. E08-2-32 ; 2 pieces.


4. Select the payment options which are most convenient to you – Cash Deposit/GIRO or iPay88, which accepts comprehensive of online payment options such as credit cards, local direct bank transfer, etc to complete a sales transaction via Internet channel securely, promptly and efficiently.


5. Submit the ORDER FORM by checking the Terms & Conditions.


6. You will receive invoice from us via email as confirmation on your order within 24hours. The invoice will contain your rMEMBER code, order number, details of the products ordered, payment details & delivery estimation.


7. Upon receiving your payment we carry out a standard pre-authorization check on your payment to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction. Goods will not be dispatched until this pre-authorization check has been completed.


8. Your order will be shipped out within 24 hours upon payment receipt. Our Customer Care will send you an order dispatch email for you to follow its journey till your doorstep.
