A) This activity is open to all Malaysia & Singapore residents
B) By participating in this activity, donors agree to be bound by the official rules and regulations of the activity and agree that decisions made by 7Ants Marketing Sdn Bhd are final and conclusive. No queries whatsoever will be entertained.
C) How to enter:

1. This activity is commencing on 4th October 2010 until 20th November 2010.

2. There are Two (2) waves for the Buying & Wrapping Your Lovely Gift
a) The gift is based on the wish lists provided by the charity house.
b) Donors decision on the gift to the charity house.

3. 7ants’ office (7Ants Marketing Sdn Bhd (901267-A) No 31A, Jalan Impian Emas 5, Taman Impian Emas, 81300 Skudai Johor. (T) +607 554 6788 (F) +607 554 9077) is the only centre responsible to collect and register the gifts.

4. The donors MUST register their contact details and the gift they donate to 7Ants Marketing Sdn Bhd.

5. All gifts should be sent to 7ants’ office and must be received by the specified closing date as advertised. Postal entries will not be accepted.

6. Donors can donate as many gift as possible. Only safely to be use, legally to be use, non-hazardous, non-violation gifts will not be accepted.

7. 7ants have a right to inspect the gift to confirm to the specifications hereof.

8. 7ants has no responsible for lost of sending and proof of transmission will not be accepted as proof of receipt. Gifts must not be sent through agencies or third parties.

9. All gifts submitted must be the legally to be use, safely to be use must not offend any rules and regulations. It is the responsibility of each donor to ensure that any gift he or she submits has been taken with the permission of the country laws and regulations and does not infringe the copyright of any third party or any laws.

10. Responsible of all gifts submitted for this activity remains with the respective donors. However, in consideration of their providing this gift for the activity, each donor grants a worldwide, irrevocable and perpetual license to 7Ants Marketing Sdn Bhd to deliver all of the submitted gifts to the charity house.

11. The donors/ gifts photograph will be published in 7Ants’ blog : http://7-ants.blogspot.com/ and 7Ants’ facebook(s)

12. 7Ants Marketing Sdn Bhd reserves the right to cancel, terminate or suspend the activity without any prior notice. For the avoidance of doubt, any cancellation, termination or suspension by 7Ants Marketing Sdn Bhd of the activity shall not entitle the donors to any claim or compensation against 7Ants Marketing Sdn Bhd for any and all losses or damages which may be suffered or incurred by the donors as a direct or an indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination or suspension.

13. 7Ants Marketing Sdn Bhd is entitled to use, publish or feature the donors and/or their picture for publicity and advertising purposes. 7Ants Marketing Sdn Bhd reserves the right to delay the timing of the delivery of the gifts to the house. All information provided will be kept strictly private and confidential.

14. Donors are fully responsible for any injuries, damages or claims as a result of their participation in the activity, submitting/sending of their gifts. 7Ants Marketing Sdn Bhd accepts no responsibility for lost, misdirected, illegible, late, mutilated, hazardous, danger or illegal gifts. Gifts that do not comply with these terms and conditions will be rejected/disqualified.

15. 7Ants Marketing Sdn Bhd shall not be liable for any disruption to the activity, whether due to technical problems or otherwise, which is beyond its reasonable control. In the event of disruption to the activity, reasonable effort shall be used to remedy the disruption and resume the activity on a fair and equitable basis to the donors.

16. By entering this activity, participants/donors unconditionally and irrevocably agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Any breach of the terms and conditions may, at 7Ants Marketing Sdn Bhd' absolute discretion, result in forfeiture of any activity.

17. 7Ants Marketing Sdn Bhd reserves the right at its absolute discretion to vary, delete or add to any of these terms and conditions without any prior notice. These terms and conditions will prevail over any inconsistent terms, conditions, provisions or representations contained in any other promotional materials advertising the contest.
