Terms & Conditions

1. All rights, including copyright of riché (rMEMBER) is wholly owned by or licensed to
   the 7ants Marketing SDN BHD 901267-A ("we", "us" and "our"). Any use of the site or
   its contents, including copying or storing it or them in whole or part, other than for your
   own personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without the permission of 7ants
   Marketing SDN BHD 901267-A.


2. Membership applications are opened to all Nationality at 18 years old and above.


3. This user agreement describes the terms and conditions by which riché is able to
   provide its services to you. If you DISAGREE with any of the provisions cited in this
   agreement, please do not use this site. For questions regarding this agreement, or
   general membership information, we encourage you to contact

4. All Member(s) shall only be entitle to one(1) membership code and non-transferable.


5. riché reserves the right to send catalogs or other promotional literature,
   electronically or by mail to a member at its own discretion.


6. Selection of the riché member(s) will be at the sole discretion of riché. riché
   reserves the right to review, change the status and terminate a membership of riché
   member without notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever.


7. Member(s) are not allow to do anything that abusive, obscene, vulgar, slanderous,
   hateful, threatening, sexually-orientated or any other material that may violate any
   laws be it of your country, if not riché may lead to you being immediately and
   permanently banned and yourself will own legal responsibility.


8. Member(s) may not be carried out against the reputation of others, privacy, trade
   secrets, trademarks, copyrights, patents and other effective laws, if not riché may lead to you being immediately and permanently banned and yourself will own legal
   responsibility.


9. All member(s) registered info must be truth and once we found that any of the
   information you provided are false, we have right to immediately and permanently
   banned your membership.


10. Member(s) are agreed that registered your personal information into our member
    data base. riché wouldn’t give your data to any other person before ask your permission. But in case of accident happen that make your data lost or being stolen, society will not take responsible.


11. Personal data that member(s) provided in member registered form you agree to
    riché based on “Privacy Policy” to collect your personal information and use.


12. riché have right to change or add new rules anytime and members should be
    follow and co-operated with us.


13. Member(s) is required to refer the English version of terms & conditions if any discrepancy is found in the Chinese translation and the English version takes precedent over the Chinese version.


14. Only upon the agreement of the terms and conditions stated in this Agreement,
    that you are eligible to be considered as a member of riché


15. As a registered member of riché, you are agreeing to the following Terms and Conditions. riché reserves the right to terminate or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notification. In the event of any amendments to these Terms and Conditions, changes will be posted on riché site at http://www.riche.my/ using the riché site following the posting of any amendments, you're accepting the amended Terms and Conditions
